Through our #WheatonProud initiative, we’ve teamed up with local businesses that don’t just hang rainbow flags in June—they show up all year long. These partners offer mentorship, internships, job shadowing, and job opportunities to LGBTQ+ youth and young adults. They also undergo inclusivity training and proudly display our allyship signage to signal that their spaces are safe and welcoming.
